Purpose: To respond to your inquiry and, if indicated, keep you informed of relevant updates.

Extranet / login zone
For exhibitors with access:

• Login details (email, password)
• Company name and contact info

Purpose: To provide access to documents and exhibitor services.

3. Is your data shared?

We do not share your data with third parties, except:

• Service providers acting on our behalf (e.g. email platform, hosting)
• When required by law

We ensure processor agreements and adequate security.

You have the right to:

• access your data
• request correction or deletion
• object to processing
• request data portability

5. Retention period

• Contact data: max. 2 years after last interaction
• Newsletter: until you unsubscribe
• Exhibitor data: duration of registration + 1 year
